Frank graduated from the University Of Western Ontario with a BA in Economics in 1971 and from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Law in 1975. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1977 and has been practicing with Honey/MacMillan as an associate since 1984.

Frank has over 27 years of experience advising and representing individuals and small to medium sized businesses on a wide range of legal matters.
